CMA licenses Dirham Capital to manage investments, operate funds

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) announced that Dirham Capital Co. completed the commencements of business requirements to conduct managing investments, operating funds and advising activities in the securities business licensed as per CMA resolution dated March 22, 2021.

 

The move is in tune with the Capital Market Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/30) dated 02/06/1424H and its implementing regulations, the market regulator said.
