The Tourism Development Fund signed today, Sept. 13, a financing agreement with Seera Group Holding for the construction and operation of Raghadan Tourist Resort in Al-Baha province. 

 

The fund said on its official Twitter that the resort will extend over an area of 50,000 square meters (sqm) and will be the first leading tourist project in Al-Baha.

 

The project will include a hotel with 200 rooms, spaces for outdoor activities, a walkway, and a shopping center that will feature top brands, in addition to restaurants and cafes for the first time in the province.
