AlAhli REIT Fund board member resigns

SNB Capital announced a change in the board of directors of AlAhli REIT Fund 1, due to the resignation of non-independent member Abduljabbar Al Abduljabbar, as of today, Sept. 27, according to a bourse filing.

 

The board includes Abdulrahman Al Rashed, Chairman and independent member, as well as Mohammed Al Ayidi, Mohammed Al Saqqaf, Hathal Otaibi, and Ahmed Al-Musa as non-independent members.

 

The fund’s terms and conditions will be updated accordingly, the statement added.
