National Agricultural Marketing Co.’s (Thimar) board of directors accepted on Oct. 18, the resignation of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Sari Al-Mayouf, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The resignation, submitted for special reasons, is effective Oct. 15 – the date of submission.
