King Salman issued a royal approval on granting Saudi citizenship to a number of individuals with special competencies, rare expertise and specializations, Saudi Press Agency reported.

This comes in light of the royal decree to grant the Saudi citizenship to those with competencies in the fields of religion, medicine, science, culture, sports, and technology, so as to contribute to advancing the development cycle and benefit the nation across various fields.

Moreover, the decision is in line with Vision 2030, which targets ensuring an environment that invests in human cadres and attracts innovators.
