Al Khateeb says Marriott plans to double hotels in Saudi Arabia in 2 years

Ahmed Al Khateeb, Minister of Tourism, revealed the plans of Marriott International to double the number of hotels in Saudi Arabia over the next two years.
This will provide 21,500 new jobs and contribute to achieving the target of one million jobs in the sector by 2030, Al Khateeb said on its official Twitter account.
This came during his meeting with Anthony Capuano, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the international hotel group, during which they reviewed the group's plans for the Saudi tourism sector.
