Anti-Concealment Program calls on establishments to legalize status before end of corrective period

The National Anti-Concealment Program called on all establishments to benefit from the last opportunity to legalize their status before the end of the corrective period, in order to avoid penalties, the program said in a statement.

 

The corrective period is aimed at all sizes of establishments with different activities, especially those generating an annual revenue of more than SAR 2 million.

 

These activities include catering, laundries, barbers, beauty centers, electricity and plumbing shops, vegetable and fruit shops, vehicle repair workshops, vehicle maintenance workshops, fuel stations, bakeries, etc.

 

Moreover, the program added that corrective actions include potential partnerships between Saudis and non-Saudis, registration of establishments owned by non-Saudis after fulfilling the regulatory requirements, the disposal of an establishments by Saudis through sale, waiver or dissolution. Among other corrective actions, non-Saudis can get premium residency or depart the Kingdom.
