Zamil Industrial Investment Co. opened nomination for board membership for the next three-year term, starting May 1, 2022, according to a bourse filing.

 

Nomination applications can be submitted starting today, Dec. 1 until April 30.

 

Election of board members for the new term will take place at the upcoming general assembly meeting, the date for which will be announced later after obtaining the necessary approvals from the relevant authorities.
