SICO Saudi REIT appoints new iOffice property manager

SICO Capital Co., the manager of SICO Saudi  REIT Fund, signed a contract to appoint Sustainable Property, as a property manager for "iOffice" located on Al-Thumama Road, Riyadh.

 

The contract with Olaat Development Co., the current property manager, ends on March 15, according to a bourse filing.

 

The fund manager pointed out that there will be a positive impact due to the new contract.
