Al-Baha Investment and Development Co.’s board of directors reappointed Mohammed Al Hammadi as a Chairman of the board, according to a bourse filing.

 

The board also named Ibrahim bin Abdullah bin Rashid bin Kulib as a Vice Chairman and Managing Director. Kulib is also the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company.

 

The board decided to merge both committee of nomination and remuneration, named a board secretary in addition to the company’s representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).
