Zamil Industrial Investment Co.’s shareholders approved the appointment of external auditors in addition to setting their fees, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), held on Feb. 24, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The auditors will review and audit the company’s financial statements for Q2, Q3, and 2022, as well as Q1 2023.
