Saudi Steel Pipes Co. (SSP) opens today, March 13, the nomination process for board of directors’ membership for the upcoming three-year term, starting June. 7, 2022.
Applicants can submit their applications for nomination until April 12, as per the regulatory requirements, the company said in a filing to Tadawul.
The nominated members will be elected during the general meeting, the date of which will be announced later after obtaining the necessary approvals from the competent authorities.
