BinDawood Holding changes OGM date to April 25

BinDawood Holding Co. changed the date of its ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) to April 25, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

The shareholders will vote on the audit committee formation, work regulations and remuneration policy for the three-year term starting May 8, 2022.

The audit committee candidates are Abdulrahman M. Albarrak (independent - board member), as well as Abdulaziz Almulhim and Amer Shaker (independent - non-board members)

The shareholders registered in Tadawulaty system can vote on the agenda items starting April 21.
