Zamil Industrial Investment Co. announced that e-voting on the agenda items of the extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) slated for April 21, will start today, April 17, at 10:00 am, according to a bourse filing.

 

The shareholders will vote on electing new board members for the upcoming three-year term, ending on April 30, 2025, during the EGM.
