Walaa shareholders to vote on 2021 financial statements on May 23

Shareholders of Walaa Cooperative Insurance Co. will vote on audited financial statements for 2022 during the ordinary general meeting scheduled for May 23, the company said in a bourse statement.

They will also vote on the board and auditor’s reports for the same period.

Other agenda items include the contracts and transactions made between the company and Chairman Sulaiman Al-Kadi, as well as board members, Khalifa Al Mulhem, Waleed Al Jaafari, Jameel Al Molhem, Soliaman Al Twaijri, Khalid Al Omran, Abdulrahman Balghunaim, Hatem Balghoneim and Hesham Al Jabr.

Online voting on the agenda items will start on May 19, the statement added.
