Walaa shareholders elect new board, form audit committee

Walaa Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders elected a new board of directors for the upcoming term starting May 26, 2022, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on May 23, according to a bourse filing.

 

The new board comprises Sulaiman A. Al Kadi, Wasif S. Al Jebshah, Hesham A. Al Jabr, Jameel A. Al Mulhem, Osama M. Al Khunaizi, Khalifa A. Al Mulhem, Hatim F. Balghonaim, Abdullatif K. Al Mulhem, Waleed M. Al-Jaafari, Sulaiman Al-Tuwaijri and Abdulaziz Saud Al Shabeebi.

 

They also approved the formation of an audit committee for the upcoming term, which will include Jameel Abdullah Al Molhem, Sulaiman Abdullah Al Sakran and Adeeb Sulaiman Al Fuhaid.
