Edaa to deposit Wataniya Insurance subscribed shares today

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) will deposit today, May 26, Wataniya Insurance Co.’s subscribed shares into the accounts of the securities holders, according to a bourse filing.

 

The company’s shareholders approved increasing capital from SAR 200 million to SAR 400 million through rights issue worth SAR 200 million, Argaam reported.

 

The subscription process to the company's rights shares ended on May 12.
