Shareholders of Al-Baha Investment and Development Co. approved the company’s financial statements as well as the board and auditor reports for 2021, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on June 8.

 

They also approved absolving the board of directors of liability for the same year, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
