Riyadh Cement shareholders reject audit committee formation

Shareholders of Riyadh Cement Co. (RCC) disapproved the formation of an audit committee for the three-year term starting from July 25.

 

The decision came during the ordinary general assembly meeting held on July 25, the cement producer said in a statement to Tadawul.
