National Shipping Co. of Saudi Arabia’s (Bahri) board of directors appointed Mohammed Al-Mulhim as a board member in the vacant position until the current term ending on Jan. 15, 2023.
The board approval is not final and will be subject to the approval of the general assembly, Bahri said in a bourse statement.
On May 16, the company’s extraordinary general assembly approved amending Article 15 of the company's bylaw related to the number of board members from nine to 10.
