stc deposits proceeds from fractional shares sale

stc completed today, Sept. 26, depositing around SAR 1.103 million proceeds from the sale of fractional shares in the accounts of eligible shareholders, according to a bourse statement.

 

The company sold 26,979 shares at an average price of SAR 40.88 each.

 

The company's shareholders approved, on Aug. 30, increasing capital by 150% through a bonus-share distribution.
