Saudi Azm, WTTCO sign HR contract at SAR 10 mln maximum value

Saudi Azm for Communication and Information Technology Co. signed, on Oct. 25, a contract with the Water Transmission and Technologies Co. (WTTCO) to provide human resources as per the scope of services.  

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the contract is valued at maximum of SAR 10 million.  

 

The 15-month contract is expected to positively impact the company's financial results for fiscal year 2023-2024.  

 

The necessary signatures were completed, and a copy of the contract was received after end of the working day on Nov. 3.  

 

There are no related parties, the statement noted.
