Arabian Shield reappoints Naif Al Kabeer as Chairman, names Samir Al Wazzan as Vice Chairman

Arabian Shield Cooperative Insurance Co. received on Nov. 6, the approval of the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) for the reappointment of Naif Al Kabeer as Board Chairman and the appointment of Samir Al Wazzan as Vice Chairman. 

 

The company said today, Nov. 7, in a statement to Tadawul, the appointments are for the session that started on Sept. 11, 2022, until Sept. 10, 2025. 

 

The approval included the formation of the executive, investment, remuneration and nominations, and risk management committees. 

 

It also ratified the formation of the audit committee and defined its tasks, rules of work and remuneration of its members for the new three-year term started on Sept. 11, 2022.
