Riyad Bank says board member resigns

Riyad Bank’s board of directors accepted, on Nov. 27, the resignation of independent member Abdulrahman Al-Thehaiban.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the bank noted the occurrence of new circumstances that might affect Al-Thehaiban’s performance as the reason for the resignation.
