Saudi Electricity names new board member

Saudi Electricity Co.’s (SEC) board of directors today, Dec. 6, approved the appointment of Scott Prochazka as a board member in the vacant position for the current three-year term ending Jan. 20, 2024, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Prochazka is a director on two public company boards. He has over 30 years of experience and holds a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.

 

The appointment is subject to the approval of the general meeting.
