Rawasi Albina investment Co. board of directors accepted today, Jan. 1, the resignation of Saad Amash Al Shammary as non-executive board member and chairman of the company, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The resignation was submitted due to private circumstances prevent Al Shammary from continuing in the board presidency and membership.
