Rawasi Albina names Marzouq Al-Otaibi as Chairman

Rawasi Albina Investment Co.’s board of directors appointed, on Jan. 2, Marzouq Al-Otaibi as Chairman, while maintaining Salman Al-Jedaie as Vice Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The appointments will be effective as of Jan. 2, until end of the current term on Sept. 12, 2023.

 

These appointments are subject to the approval of the upcoming general meeting, the statement added.

 

Al-Otaibi holds a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in security sciences from Naif Arab University for Security Sciences.
