One of the key objectives of the Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Infath) is to speed up the fulfillment of rights, in addition to supporting the private sector through liquidation fees that goes towards the sector, Saudi Press Agency reported, citing CEO Hussein Alharbi.

 

This is one of the enablers towards the center’s aim to support the private sector, he added.

 

The center is responsible for achieving cooperation between government and judicial agencies and works to empower and support the private sector with judicial and government sales and liquidation, in addition to providing advice in this specialty, the CEO added.

 

Alharbi also revealed that the number of auctions held by the center since its establishment in 2020 exceeded 700, indicating that electronic auctions represented the largest share, and it is targeted that all auctions be electronic.
