Equipment House inks SAR 265 mln credit facility deal with Alinma Bank

Scientific and Medical Equipment House Co. (Equipment House) sealed, on Jan. 22, a SAR 265 million Shariah-compliant credit facility agreement with Alinma Bank, according to a statement to Tadawul.  

 

The financing duration will end Sept. 30, 2023, the statement said. 

 

The loan is guaranteed by assignment of contract returns and promissory notes.  

 

The deal aims to finance newly awarded projects, including financing working capital and avoiding liquidity shortage.  

 

There are no related parties to the agreement, the company added.
