Edaa applies Maaden capital raise to investor portfolios

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) increased the number of Saudi Arabian Mining Co.’s (Maaden) shares in eligible shareholder portfolios today, June 12.

 

Maaden shareholders approved the board recommendation to increase capital by 50% through a bonus share distribution during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on June 7, Argaam earlier reported.
