Saudi Fisheries will not timely publish H1 2023 financials

Saudi Fisheries Co. announced it could not publish its financial results for the six-month period ended June 30, 2023, on time.

 

The delay in publishing the financial results came as the audit works have not been completed yet, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Saudi Fisheries added that the ‎procedures for suspending trading of listed securities ‎will be applied in accordance with the listing rules.
