Umm Al-Qura Cement Co.'s board of directors accepted the resignation of CEO Majid Gharbawi on Aug. 9, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
The resignation, which came due to personal reasons, will take effect as of Oct. 19, 2023, the company added.
