Alkhaleej Training, Allianz SF say medical insurance contract concluded at SAR 21.2 mln

Alkhaleej Training and Education Co. and Allianz Saudi Fransi Cooperative Insurance (Allianz SF) stated that the contract signed on Sept. 1, to provide medical insurance services to Alkhaleej Training’s employees and their families (related party) is valued at SAR 21.2 million before calculating VAT.

 

On Sept. 3, the two companies announced in separate statements that the one-year contract was concluded within the normal course of business and did not grant any preferential benefits, Argaam reported.
