Horizon Food appoints Chairman, Vice-Chairman

Horizon Food Co.’s board of directors decided on Sept. 12, to appoint Youssef Al-Rajhi (non-executive member) as Chairman and Ahmed Alarfaj as Vice-Chairman and Managing Director.

 

The company added in a statement on Tadawul that the board also appointed Maha Al Muqrin as secretary of the board of directors.

 

In addition, the company’s representatives have also been appointed to the Capital Market Authority (CMA).

 

These decisions are effective from Sept. 12, 2023, until the end of the session on March 1, 2027, the statement highlighted.
