Zamil EGM approves using statutory reserve to offset accumulated losses

Zamil Industrial Co. said it was unable to disclose its financial results for the nine-month period ended Sept. 30, 2023, on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) website within the specified deadline as the audit process is still underway.

 

The company expects to announce the preliminary financial results for the same period on Nov. 12, according to a statement to Tadawul today.
