Burgerizzr withdraws application file for transition to main market

Shatirah House Restaurant Co. (Burgerizzr) withdrew the file it had earlier submitted for a move from the Nomu-Parallel Market to the Main Market as it did not meet certain requirements.

 

Burgerizzr said in a statement to Tadawul that it will fulfill these requirements, submit the file at a later time, and announce developments.

 

In November, the company filed for transition from the Nomu-Parallel Market to the Main Market with the regulatory authority, Argaam earlier reported.

 

The fresh burger chain’s board of directors approved the move in October.
