National Building opens board nominations today

National Building and Marketing Co. (NBM) started today, Dec. 25, the nomination process for board of directors memberships for the upcoming four-year term beginning March 7, 2024.

 

Candidates can submit applications until no later than Jan. 25, 2024, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Details for nominations, adhering to company policies, are included in the attached document. Eligible shareholders are encouraged to participate, the statement added.
