Waja renews SAR 3.6M credit facilities with ANB

Waja Co. signed today, Dec. 27, a contract with Arab National Bank (ANB) to renew a Shariah-compliant credit facility agreement worth SAR 3.6 million.

 

The one-year term facility is guaranteed by the company’s promissory note, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The facility aims to finance the issuance of bank letters of guarantee for projects, the company said, noting that there are no related parties to the deal.
