Horizon Educational Co. will start trading on the Nomu-Parallel Market on June 2 under the symbol 9603 and ISIN code SA162GR4M1H5.

 

The stock will have daily and static price fluctuation limits of ±30% and ±10%, respectively, the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) said in a statement.

 

Meanwhile, the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) announced adding subscribed shares in Horizon Educational today, May 29, into the accounts of eligible shareholders.

Horizon Educational floated 500,000 shares, or 20% of capital, on the Nomu-Parallel Market at SAR 54 each. The IPO was 681.98% subscribed.
