Saudi Azm for Communications and Information Technology Co. applied on June 26 for transition from the Nomu-Parallel Market to the Main Market, according to a statement to Tadawul.
The application was submitted online as required by regulatory authorities, Saudi Azm said.

Last April, the board of directors approved the company’s transition to the Main Market (TASI).
Saudi Azm was listed on Nomu in March 2022, with SAR 30 million in capital, according to Argaam’s data.
The company’s general assembly agreed in June to split the share’s nominal value from SAR 10 to SAR 0.5.
