Mouwasat Medical Services Co.’s board of directors recommended today, Sept. 2, increasing the number of board members from seven to eight by amending Article 15 of the company’s bylaws. 

 

The recommendation aims to further diversify expertise and skills, aligning with the company’s growth, according to a statement on Tadawul.

Necessary approvals will be sought. The proposal will be presented for voting at the upcoming extraordinary general meeting (EGM), the date for which will be announced later, the statement added.
