Naseej Tech renames Abduljabbar Alabduljabbar Chairman, Abdullah AlTuraifi VP

Naseej for Technology Co.’s (Naseej Tech) board of Directors decided on Oct. 1, to appoint Abduljabbar Alabduljabbar as Chairman and Abdullah AlTuraifi as Vice President, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Moreover, the board formed the audit as well as the remuneration and nominations committee and appointed Yousef bin Suleiman Alkhamis as the board’s secretary, the statement added.

 

According to data available with Argaam, the company’s shareholders approved the election of the board members last month for a new three-year term starting from Sept. 20, 2024, to Sept. 19, 2027.
