GO announces selling parties in eJad Tech acquisition

Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co. (GO) disclosed today, Dec. 15, the selling parties involved in its acquisition of a 51% stake in eJad Tech Co., according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The company clarified that the sellers are Maha Albaqami, representing a 26% stake in eJad Tech, and Aisha Albaqami, holding 25% of the company.

According to data available with Argaam, GO announced on Dec. 12 signing an agreement to acquire a 51% stake in eJad Tech for SAR 86.7 million.

 

Additionally, the company attached the financial statements of the target asset for the last three years
