Arabica Star proposes statutory reserve balance transfer to retained earnings

Arabica Star Co.’s board of directors recommended on Feb. 4 to transfer the statutory reserve balance to the retained earnings.

According to a statement to Tadawul, the statutory reserve balance amounted to SAR 848,000, as per the financial report statement ended Dec. 31, 2023.
