Waja signs MoU with Vista Media & Design to exchange expertise

Waja Co. signed today, Feb. 20, a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Germany-based Vista Media & Design GmbH to collaborate on projects in the Saudi market.

 

In a Tadawul statement, Waja said the one-year agreement is extendable upon mutual consent. It aims to facilitate the exchange of technical, financial, and industry expertise between both companies.

The partnership will focus on engineering and architectural design, including museums, roofing and shading structures, heritage sites, and historical buildings. It will also cover media and multimedia ventures.

 

The financial impact will be determined later, the company said, adding that there are no related parties to the deal.
