WAJA signs MoU with US-based Restored Cloud

WAJA Co. signed today, March 16, a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with US-based Restored Cloud for collaboration on joint projects in the Saudi market, according to a Tadawul filing.

 

The MoU aims to facilitate the exchange of technical and technological expertise between the two companies, particularly in the field of artificial intelligence (AI). This is while leveraging the available opportunities in the local Saudi market.

 

WAJA clarified that the MoU is valid for one year, subject to extension upon mutual agreement.

 

There are no related parties to the deal, the company said, noting that the related financial impact will be determined at a later stage.
