SPIMACO appoints Khalid Al-Gwaiz as Chairman, Ahmed Aljedai as Vice Chairman

Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries and Medical Appliances Corp.’s (SPIMACO) board of directors decided on April 7 to appoint Khalid Al-Gwaiz as Chairman and Ahmed Aljedai as Vice Chairman and Managing Director, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

The board also appointed its secretary and formed the audit committee from Khalid Alrabiah, Khaldoon Alfakhri, Farhan Alboainain, Khlood Aldakheel, and Obaid Alkurashi.

 

Additionally, Ibrahim Aljuffali, Mohammed Alassmri, and Abdulaziz Aloud were named the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).
