Intelligent Oud Company for Trading (iOud) renewed its supply agreement with SASCO Palm Co. to continue providing the latter with iOud products. The contract’s value depends on the volume and value of products delivered during the agreement period.

In a statement to Tadawul, iOud said the renewed contract expands the supply scope to cover all SASCO Palm branches, strengthening iOud’s market presence and reflecting growing demand for its products.

 

The one-year agreement was renewed on April 16, with the financial impact expected to reflect in H1 2025.

 

iOud will disclose any material developments related to the contract in line with the regulations of the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the statement added.

 

No related parties are included in the deal, the company further indicated.
