Multi Business awarded framework agreement with Deera

Multi Business Group Co. was awarded a framework agreement with Deera Investment and Real Estate Development Co. to implement contracting works at the latter’s Riyadh-based sites and projects for three years.

In a Tadawul statement today, May 1, the company said the scope of the work includes construction, architectural, fit-out, electrical, mechanical engineering works.

The final agreement value depends on estimates for the projects and services to be executed through separate purchase orders.

The deal does not involve any related parties, according to the statement.
