According to data available on Argaam, in November 2024, Al-Fakhera announced that several lawsuits had been filed against its Chairman, including a commercial fraud case.

The Public Prosecution has requested the conviction of the Chairman for granting discounts without being authorized by the Ministry of Commerce.

However, the Chairman ultimately denied the allegations against him, and he was found not guilty by court. This came as his actions constituted a promotional offer and there was no evidence of crime in such conduct.
